Returns Policy

At Great Southern Music we strive for your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product providing it meets the following criteria:

  1. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by a Great Southern Music representative. Email us at customersupport@gsmmusic.com
  2. Products may only be returned to Great Southern Music within 30 days of product delivery with a proper RMA#. Products over $1,999.99 must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
  3. Any non defective items for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  4. All returns must be in the original packaging complete with all items such as warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and any other items that originally shipped with the product.
  5. All returns must be in perfect condition, showing no sign of use or wear.
  6. Any damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.
  7. All returns must be returned with postage paid by the recipient unless an item was damaged or defective.
