At Great Southern Music we strive for your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product providing it meets the following criteria:
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by a Great Southern Music representative. Email us at customersupport@gsmmusic.com
- Products may only be returned to Great Southern Music within 30 days of product delivery with a proper RMA#. Products over $1,999.99 must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
- Any non defective items for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns must be in the original packaging complete with all items such as warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and any other items that originally shipped with the product.
- All returns must be in perfect condition, showing no sign of use or wear.
- Any damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.
- All returns must be returned with postage paid by the recipient unless an item was damaged or defective.
