All warranty work requires that your guitar be registered with the manufacturer. If you have purchased a Gibson, Martin, Ovation, Takamine, or Washburn guitar and you did not receive your warranty papers please contact the manufacturer. Manufacturers will not authorize warranty work on a guitar that is not registered.
